Refund policy

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your Zoo York purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• With original tags and packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards

• Personalised/customised products

• Items marked “Final Sale”

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different size or colour, please email us before sending your item back so we can reserve the replacement stock.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
